  • 12 Leg Raises
  • 22 Heel Taps (each side)
  • 20 Sec Plank (back flat, drive elbows into the floor and squeeze your quads, glutes, and core)
  • 60 Sec Rest

SQUATS

  • 4 Reps

  • 4 Reps

DAY 6

ABS

  • 35 Sit Ups
  • 15 Crunches
  • 60 Sec Rest
  • 15 Leg Raises
  • 27 Heel Taps (each side)
  • 25 Sec Plank (back flat, drive elbows into the floor and squeeze your quads, glutes, and core)
