DAY 29

ABS

  • 120 Sit Ups
  • 190 Crunches
  • 60 Sec Rest
  • 62 Leg Raises
  • 117 Heel Taps (each side)
  • 115 Sec Plank (back flat, drive elbows into the floor and squeeze your quads, glutes, and core)
  • 60 Sec Rest

SQUATS

  • 05 Reps
  • 60 Sec Rest
  • 05 Reps
  • 60 Sec Rest
  • 05 Reps

DAY 30

ABS

  • 125 Sit Ups
  • 200 Crunches
  • 60 Sec Rest
  • 65 Leg Raises
  • 122 Heel Taps (each side)
  • 120 Sec Plank (back flat, drive elbows into the floor and squeeze your quads, glutes, and core)
  • 60 Sec Rest

SQUATS

  • 80 Reps
  • 60 Sec Rest
  • 10 Reps
  • 60 Sec Rest
  • 10 Reps
